Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BunnaLink. By signing up, you agree to them.
1. Service description
BunnaLink is a software-as-a-service platform for coffee exporters. We provide access to the platform, hosting, data storage, technical support, and product updates.
2. Account registration
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or exploit vulnerabilities in the service. You will not use the service to process or store illegal content.
4. Fees and payment
Subscription fees are invoiced in advance on the cycle you selected. Non-payment may result in suspension. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Your data
You retain all rights in the data you enter. We hold it as processor on your behalf. On cancellation you can export your data; we delete it per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
6. Uptime and support
We target 99.5% uptime measured monthly. We provide email support during business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-18:00 East Africa Time) on standard plans. Enterprise plans include extended support terms.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your operational data as confidential. We share it only with personnel or subprocessors who need it to deliver the service, and only under equivalent confidentiality obligations.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may terminate for material breach after 30 days notice and opportunity to cure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted.
11. Indemnification
Each party indemnifies the other against third-party claims arising from its own breach of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any appropriate jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Material changes require your affirmative consent.
