BunnaLink ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect from customers and visitors, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone number, company name. Operational data: inventory, orders, contracts, lots, financial records you enter into the system. Usage data: pages viewed, features used, error logs. Lead data: information voluntarily submitted via /quote or /contact forms.

2. How we use your data

To deliver the BunnaLink service, support your operations, send transactional and product emails, improve the product, comply with legal obligations, and (with your explicit consent only) send marketing communications.

3. Legal basis for processing

Contract performance for your active subscription. Legitimate interests for product improvement and security. Consent for marketing communications. Legal obligation for financial and regulatory records.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: (a) service providers who help us run BunnaLink (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict data-processing agreements, (b) legal or regulatory authorities when required by law.

5. International transfers

If your data crosses borders (e.g., if you are in the EU and your data is processed in Ethiopia), we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Retention

We retain active account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we retain data for 90 days, then delete or anonymize it, except where longer retention is required for legal or tax reasons.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. You can object to processing for marketing, restrict certain processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email privacy@bunalink.com.

8. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies for session management. We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregated usage analytics (IP anonymized). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our Accessibility Preferences panel stores your choices in localStorage only (not a cookie, not sent to our servers).

10. Children

BunnaLink is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We will notify you by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
