From order to container, visibility at every step

Customer orders tracked through the full lifecycle — from quote acceptance through lot commitment to container departure. Status visible to sales, operations, and finance at once.

01 · Context

Why orders need a system, not a shared spreadsheet

The moment a buyer accepts a quote, the clock starts. Lots need to be committed, quality re-verified, shipping documents prepared, FOB timings hit. A dropped ball anywhere becomes a buyer complaint or a late-shipment penalty. BunnaLink Orders is the air-traffic-control view that keeps these steps synchronized across sales, operations, and finance — so nothing falls through the cracks between teams.

02 · Capabilities

What you get

Order lifecycle tracking

From quote to contract to commitment to shipment to delivery. Configurable states so your specific workflow is modeled, not a generic ERP happy-path.

Lot commitment and reservation

Once a lot is committed to an order, it's locked from oversell. Sales sees what's truly available; operations sees what's locked; finance sees future revenue.

Shipping milestone tracking

Vessel booked, stuffing date, departure, ETA, arrival, release — each milestone with accountable owner, target date, and live status.

Auto-generated shipping docs

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, SGS inspection — all pulled from order data. No re-keying. No version mismatches.

Risk alerts

Lot not yet committed 10 days before stuffing? Alert. Quality re-check pending with 5 days to go? Alert. Documents missing for a shipment departing tomorrow? Alert.

03 · Process

How it works

  1. 01

    Buyer accepts a quote

Quote converts automatically into an order. Buyer details, grade, volume, pricing, Incoterm, shipping window — all carry forward.

  2. 02

    Operations commits lots

Specific lots from inventory are committed to the order. Committed quantity locks. Free stock updates across every other pending order.

  3. 03

    Shipping team schedules

Container booked, stuffing date confirmed, departure tracked. Milestones update as the shipment moves.

  4. 04

    Documents generate; shipment releases

At final review, all shipping docs generate from the order data. Teams verify, dispatch, and mark delivered.

04 · Questions

Common questions

Can we handle multiple orders from the same buyer?
Yes. Each order is independent with its own lot commitments, documentation, and shipping lifecycle. The Clients module gives you the buyer-level rollup across all their orders.
What if a lot fails final quality re-check?
The commitment releases automatically. An alert fires to sales to either substitute a different lot, renegotiate terms with the buyer, or delay the shipment. The full decision trail is logged for audit.
Can we manage multiple shipments per order?
Yes. A single order can split across multiple containers or shipments, each tracked independently with its own milestones and documents. Contract-level aggregate status stays in sync.
How does it integrate with our forwarder's system?
Export in the formats most forwarders accept (CSV, JSON, standard shipping XML). Some Enterprise plans support direct API integration with specific forwarders — ask for the current list.
