The producer network, organized

Every farmer, every cooperative, every payment tracked — with the GPS polygons and traceability data EUDR requires, captured at source.

01 · Context

Why producer management is the foundation

Your supply chain starts at the farm plot — everything upstream in your operation depends on knowing who's supplying what, from where, and on what terms. Cooperatives aggregate thousands of smallholders. Large estates operate at scale. Individual washing stations buy from dozens of nearby farms. BunnaLink Producers gives you one model that handles all of them while keeping every producer's identity, polygon, and payment history intact.

02 · Capabilities

What you get

Flexible producer profiles

Smallholder, cooperative, individual estate, washing station — each model has appropriate fields. Photos, ID documents, next-of-kin, GPS plots, certifications.

GPS plots per producer

One producer, multiple plots. Each plot has its own polygon, area, coffee varieties, and planting year. Feeds directly into EUDR compliance checks.

Advance + balance tracking

Cash advances offset against deliveries. Running balance per producer visible at all times. Payment history fully auditable for compliance or dispute.

Yield and quality history

Which producers consistently deliver higher cupping scores? Which regions have improving yield year over year? Multi-harvest history per producer baked into the reports.

Aggregation workflows

Cooperative receives from 500 farmers, delivers to you as one aggregated lot. BunnaLink preserves the sub-producer traceability all the way through so EU buyers get full farm-level history.

Field app for new producer registration

Agents in the field register new producers offline — photo, ID, phone, plots — and sync back when in coverage. No more paper forms to re-key later.

03 · Process

How it works

  1. 01

    Register producers

Via web for known producers, via field app for new ones captured during visits. Each gets a unique ID and profile.

  2. 02

    Capture GPS plots

Field agents walk plot boundaries with the mobile app. Polygons sync to the producer record, ready for EUDR checks and buyer reports.

  3. 03

    Record deliveries

Every cherry delivery logged against the producer. Weight, quality, price, advances applied. Running balance updates in real time.

  4. 04

    Report to buyers

One-click producer-level traceability report for any shipment. EU buyers get what they need for their own due-diligence file.

04 · Questions

Questions fréquentes

How does cooperative aggregation work?
A cooperative is modeled as a producer with sub-producers (member farmers) underneath it. When you receive a lot from the cooperative, BunnaLink pulls the member-level composition automatically so EU buyers see farm-level traceability even though you bought aggregated.
Can producers see their own payment status?
On Enterprise, yes — via a producer portal (read-only balance, advances, deliveries). On standard plans, payment status is shared via SMS on deposit confirmation.
Does the field app work offline?
Yes. The BunnaLink mobile app handles producer registration, plot capture, and delivery recording fully offline. Syncs when back in coverage. Conflict resolution for rare edge cases is built in.
How is producer data linked to lots?
Every cherry delivery creates a lot-line item tied to the producer and their specific plot. As that coffee moves through processing and into final lots, the underlying producer attribution persists all the way to the shipment DDS.
