Can we build custom reports?

Yes. The report builder handles most non-standard queries via point-and-click field selection. Enterprise customers get SQL-level access to a read replica for arbitrary analytical queries.

Does it work in real time?

Executive dashboards refresh every 5 minutes during business hours. Ad-hoc reports are live against current data. No 24-hour data lag like some competing systems.

Can we share dashboards with board members or bank contacts?

Yes. Read-only shareable URLs with optional PIN protection. Time-limited access links are available for sensitive financials shared with external parties.

Does it connect to other BI tools like Tableau or Power BI?

Enterprise plans include a read replica with SQL access, which connects to Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker, or any other standard BI tool. For most customers the built-in dashboards are sufficient.
