Module · EUDR Compliance

EUDR compliance, built into your operation

Automatic GPS polygon capture, deforestation risk screening, and auto-generated due-diligence statements — so your containers don't stall at EU ports.

01 · Context

Why this matters right now

From December 2025, any coffee sold into the EU market needs a verifiable chain of custody from farm plot to container, with geolocation data proving no deforestation occurred after 2020. Non-compliant containers get held, returned, or destroyed — at the exporter's expense. Generic ERPs bolt on EUDR as a reporting afterthought. BunnaLink builds it into every module: every lot, every supplier, every shipment carries its due-diligence trail from day one.

02 · Capabilities

What you get

GPS polygon capture from the field

Field agents use the BunnaLink mobile app to walk producer plot boundaries and capture GPS polygons offline. When they sync, polygons land directly against the producer record with timestamp + agent + geometry, ready for EU reporting.

Deforestation risk screening

Every polygon is checked against the EU-required 2020 deforestation cutoff. Flagged plots go into a review queue with satellite imagery overlay and clear resolution workflow — approve, reject, or request re-verification.

Auto-generated DDS

Due Diligence Statements are generated per shipment with one click. Pulled automatically from the lot's linked polygons, risk checks, and supplier chain — no manual spreadsheet assembly, no missing fields.

Buyer verification vault

Share a read-only link with your EU buyer. They see everything they need for their own due-diligence file — without getting access to your commercial data or producer relationships.

Full audit trail

Every polygon edit, every risk determination, every DDS issuance is logged with who, when, and what changed. Auditors see the whole history. Your legal team sees the whole history. You stay in control.

03 · Process

How it works

  1. 01

    Onboard supplier polygons

Import existing GPS data or capture it with field agents using our mobile app. Each polygon tied to a specific producer and plot.

  2. 02

    Link polygons to batches

As cherry intake gets logged, lots inherit the producer's polygon automatically. The chain of custody is built as a byproduct of your normal operations.

  3. 03

    Run deforestation checks

Per batch or per shipment, BunnaLink screens every involved polygon against the 2020 deforestation benchmark. Results are visible immediately, with satellite imagery.

  4. 04

    Issue DDS for the shipment

When you're ready to ship, generate the Due Diligence Statement in one click. PDF + JSON + signed hash for the EU information system.

الأسئلة الشائعة

What is EUDR and when does it apply?
EUDR is the EU Deforestation Regulation (EU 2023/1115). It applies to seven commodities including coffee, and requires that any product sold into the EU market can be traced to a specific plot of land that was not deforested after December 31, 2020. Full enforcement starts December 2025 for large operators, with a later phase for SMEs.
Does BunnaLink capture GPS polygons for smallholders we don't directly own?
Yes. Our mobile app is designed for cooperative models where field agents visit smallholder farms, walk the plot boundary, and capture the polygon on behalf of the producer. Works fully offline and syncs when back in coverage.
What happens if a supplier plot fails the deforestation check?
The plot goes into a review queue with satellite imagery overlay. You can re-verify with on-the-ground inspection, request the producer update boundaries, or remove that plot from your supply chain. Any lot sourced from a failed plot is flagged and cannot be included in a DDS without explicit override + justification.
Do we need to use all of BunnaLink for EUDR compliance to work?
No. The EUDR module integrates with your existing inventory and procurement data via CSV import or API. Most customers bring EUDR up first, then roll out the rest of BunnaLink over the following quarters.
