Farm to FOB, documented in one system

Every batch knows where it came from, how it got processed, and what's in its chain of custody. Traceability stops being a separate workflow — it becomes a byproduct of running the operation.

01 · Context

Why traceability is the scaffolding

EUDR, buyer verification programs, specialty certifications, quality premiums — every one of them depends on traceability. Without it, every compliance request turns into a multi-day spreadsheet archaeology project. With it, you answer any buyer's question in seconds. BunnaLink Traceability isn't a separate module you bolt on; it's the graph of what happened to every lot, built automatically from every other module's day-to-day operations.

02 · Capabilities

What you get

Lot-to-plot chain of custody

Every final-grade bag is traceable back to the specific producer plots that contributed, with composition percentages. When a buyer asks 'where did this specific container come from?', the answer is one click.

Batch history timeline

Visual timeline per lot showing every step it went through — intake, processing, transfers, quality gates, release — with who handled it, when, and what changed.

Traceability reports on demand

Generate a buyer-facing traceability document for any lot or shipment in one click. Supports EUDR-compliant DDS, Rainforest Alliance, Fair Trade, Q Grade, and custom buyer formats.

Split and merge support

Split a cherry lot into two grades mid-process. Merge parchment from two suppliers into one green lot. BunnaLink tracks composition automatically so traceability never breaks at the boundary.

Certified program labels

Organic, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, Q Grade, single origin, regional appellation — each attaches to the lot and flows through every processing step to the final shipment.

How it works

  1. 01

    Every intake creates a lot

Cherry arrives from a producer, linked to their plot and harvest date. A new lot record starts its traceability history here.

  2. 02

    Every transfer updates the graph

Transfers, splits, and merges all update the chain-of-custody graph automatically. No manual linking, no post-hoc spreadsheet reconciliation.

  3. 03

Query any lot for full history

Search by lot ID, supplier, region, contract — see the full history upstream (where did it come from) and downstream (where did it go) in seconds.

  4. 04

Export in the format buyers need

EUDR DDS, Rainforest Alliance CoC, buyer-custom JSON — one click, ready to send.

الأسئلة الشائعة

What traceability standards does BunnaLink support?
EUDR, Rainforest Alliance, Fair Trade, Organic, UTZ, 4C, Q Grade, single-origin, and most buyer-custom formats. The traceability graph is format-agnostic — exports map to whichever standard each buyer requires.
Can we split a lot mid-processing?
Yes. Split/merge operations are first-class. When you split, composition percentages update automatically; traceability reports track back through both branches. Merging preserves the component-level breakdown so buyers see the exact contribution of each input lot.
How deep does the chain go?
As deep as your data does. If you've registered polygons and assigned plots to producers, traceability goes down to the specific plot. If you buy from traders without polygon data, it goes down to the trader with a clear indicator that plot-level trace is unavailable for that input.
Does it work for aggregated cooperative deliveries?
Yes. Cooperatives aggregate member deliveries; BunnaLink preserves the member-level composition automatically so downstream buyers see farm-level traceability even though you bought aggregated lots.
