Can we import from HubSpot or Salesforce?
CSV import works for most CRMs. API sync to HubSpot and Salesforce is available on Enterprise plans for bi-directional data flow. Most customers do a one-time import at launch.
Does it track email conversations?
Email logging via BCC to a tracking address is available on all plans. Full inbox sync (every email automatically attached to the buyer record) is available on Enterprise via Microsoft Graph / Google Workspace integration.
Can buyers have multiple contacts?
Yes. Unlimited contacts per buyer, each with a role (buyer, QA, finance, logistics), contact preferences, and communication history. Your next email goes to the right person automatically.
What about confidentiality between sales reps?
Visibility controls let you scope buyer records to specific sales team members or teams. Large exporters with multiple sales territories use this to prevent cross-territory poaching while keeping the central record intact.
