Quotes ready to send in minutes

Template-driven quote builder with pricing formulas tied to your current inventory and exchange rates. Generate buyer-ready PDFs in the format you use today, not a generic ERP template.

01 · Context

Why the five-minute quote matters

Every time a buyer asks for a quote, your team scrambles in spreadsheets: what's the current FOB price on grade 2? Which lots of that grade are available? What's shipping to Rotterdam this month? What are this buyer's usual terms? It takes an hour per quote, and the slowness costs you deals. BunnaLink Quotations cuts that to five minutes without losing any of the specificity a buyer expects.

02 · Capabilities

What you get

Quote builder from existing lots

Pull real lots from inventory directly into a quote. No double entry. What you see in inventory is exactly what the buyer will get.

Pricing formulas with live FX

Fixed-price, differential, formula-based — with current C-market and FX rates applied automatically. Prices recalculate until the quote is sent.

Template library

Your existing Word or Excel quote format becomes a reusable template. Not a generic ERP layout — the format your buyers already recognize.

Multi-currency output

Same quote in USD for European buyers, EUR for the Dutch roaster, JPY for the Japanese specialty account — one click per output. Exchange rates lock at quote issuance.

Quote-to-contract conversion

Accepted quote becomes a contract in one step. No data re-entry. No version mismatches between 'what we quoted' and 'what we contracted.'

04 · Questions

Questions fréquentes

Can we customize the quote PDF to match our existing template?
Yes. Templates are fully editable. Most customers import their current Word or Excel quote format on day one so their buyers see the exact format they're used to.
How does pricing-with-formula work?
Formulas reference current C-market, FX rates, quality premiums, and shipping cost to destination. The quote PDF shows the calculated price; the underlying formula is retained internally for audit and for re-quotes if terms change.
Can we send quotes without lots yet in inventory?
Yes. Quotes support 'future inventory' mode where you quote against expected intake, with a clear disclaimer to the buyer. When the inventory materializes, the quote can convert; if it doesn't, the quote expires gracefully.
How do we track which quotes win?
Every quote has a status (sent, accepted, declined, expired). Win-rate reports surface automatically — by sales rep, by buyer region, by product grade. You see where your quoting is winning and where it's not.
